High-quality ingredients produce an even higher quality spirit for you to enjoy. We only use premium organic whole grains. The corn, wheat, and rye grains that we use are grown at a small family-owned farm in Central Valley, California. The barley is malted by Admiral Maltings in Alameda, California who use the slow traditional floor malting method. This gives the malt a very rich and aromatic flavor. To ensure freshness these whole grains are not milled until the start of each individual batch.
